Granite counter top, brand new stainless steel appliances and super cool KEURIG coffee maker machine, microwave, toaster and oven.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary pots, pans, oils, spices and all the utensils you can possibly need for cooking.

A private entry leads up to the Coach House in the back of the building. At the Everything in the entire home is brand new.
You have the entire place to yourself.
Prior to arrival, guess will be given easy to follow instructions and the code to open front and inside doors.
Other things to note
Absolutely NO SMOKING (of anything) inside the unit or in the building premises. There is a designated smoking area outside in our courtyard but PLEASE BE AWARE, Chicago law prohibits smoking between 15 feet of any entrance and we ask you respect that as well.
There is another rental unit in the 2nd floor of the main building. I trust guess will be respectful of the parking space and others. No parties or late night socializing in any of the outdoor spaces.
